EnID is the identity and login service for The Lyse group.

Is EnID safe to use?

Yes. EnID is the name of our service, but in the background, it is powered by one of the most widely used solutions for login and access management in the market. Your security is our top priority, and we continuously work to make our services even better. For example, we have recently added the option for two-factor authentication, and in the future, we will continue to enhance our services to make them even easier to use.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can create a new password on the Forgot Password page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password shortly. You can also choose to log in with a one-time password sent via email. If you have stopped using the email address you are registered with or are unsure about which email address you have used, please contact customer service, and we will assist you further.

I have detected unwanted activity on my user account. What should I do?

If you find that your user account has suspicious activity that was not carried out by you, then we recommend setting a new password and/or activating two-step verification.
